Managing the full lifecycle of your assignment.
The transition from a house to a home happens in the details. At the same time, the success of a relocation is often measured by how cleanly it concludes.
We provide the operational support to get you up and running quickly upon arrival, and the protective oversight to ensure your eventual departure is managed without financial or legal loose ends.
Settling-In & Departure Services
Our Approach
Phase 1: Settling-In
Banking & Financial Setup: We guide you through the local banking landscape to
open current accounts, secure credit facilities, and set up international transfer
capabilities. We ensure your documentation is "bank-ready" to avoid the common delays in account activation.
Utility & Connectivity Management: We handle the "heavy lifting" of local service activation. From registering with Saudi Electricity (SEC) and National Water Company (NWC) to coordinating high-speed fiber-optic or 5G home internet installations, we ensure your home is fully functional before you move in.
Local Life Integration: We provide practical support for daily life, including guidance on the best local insurance providers, car leasing options, and the essential mobile apps for delivery, maintenance, and domestic services.
Phase 2: Departure & Repatriation
Lease Termination & Deposit Recovery: We manage the formal notice periods
with your landlord via the Ejar system. Our team conducts a pre-exit inspection to
identify potential dispute areas, helping you secure the maximum return of your
security deposit.
Utility Deactivation & Final Clearances: We coordinate the closing of utility
accounts and obtain "Final Clearance" certificates. This is a critical step to ensure no trailing liabilities remain in your name or against your Iqama after you leave the Kingdom.
Account Closure & De-Registration: We provide a roadmap for closing bank
accounts and de-registering from government portals, ensuring your "Exit-Entry" or "Final Exit" visa process is not blocked by unresolved local administrative ties.
